Cool Springs Southern Methodist Church is a place for imperfect people to seek our perfect God. A place for all people to grow in the Lord and serve Him faithfully.
To Live is Christ
We at Cool Springs Southern Methodist Church believe that to live is Christ. This affects everything we do as the church and as individuals. This means multiple things. For one to live without Christ is to have never lived at all (Philippians 1:21).
To Live is to Strive
We also believe that to live is to strive to be the perfect reflections of the nature of who Christ is. This includes the fulfillment of Love (1 John 4:8), Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control (Galatians 5:22), to which Christ was the ultimate fulfillment of every one of these attributes and as such we strive to be as well.
